Several institutes shows interests after they were satisfied by the new virtual university which developed by me inside the company, we get them all the necessary information to give them a new perspective which they could actually use in order to improve their existing traditional learning process to new web based learning system. Last researches show this growing amount of interests is basically caused by budget cutting and using less manpower while they could handle their lessons on their web applications with less amount of budget.
